Today is Thursday and this is the day I usually talk about frugal living. I have been trying to put together all of the reasons why I think frugal living is a good thing. There are the obvious benefits of saving money, but for me it’s also about consuming less, focusing on non-material pleasures and having less of an impact on the environment. All of these issues do relate to frugal living, but I have had a hard time putting them together in a coherent fashion. Then a friend sent me a link to this brief video (www.storyofstuff.com), which puts it all together in a clear and easy to digest video.

Enjoy.
